Terms and Conditions
- We aim to process orders every working business day and orders are collected no earlier than 2pm each day by Fastway and CourierPost
- Items bigger than an A4 bag will be sent with Fastway and will require a signature and a physical address. Items that fit into an A4 or smaller courier bag, will be sent with CourierPost and does not require a signature. CourierPost can deliver to a Po box or a physical address.
- Fastway takes 1-3 working days for delivery and for rural addresses, allow 2-5 days
- CourierPost is generally overnight, but is some cases 2 working days
- Shipping costs vary depending on size and number of stores items are coming from. Small items are charged $3-5 shipping and larger items between $7-15. Items coming from more than one of our stores, shipping is charged per store, at prices mentioned above.
- We accept returns provided they are within 28 days of original purchase
- Returned goods can either be refunded less our shipping costs or a credit applied towards another product, less our shipping costs.
- To qualify for a refund or credit, goods must be unused and like new condition.
- If goods are being returned as faulty, then we will replace goods that satisfy the Consumers Guarantee Act. Please see also our terms under ‘Warranty Policy’

ORDERS / PAYMENT POLICY
- We have the right to cancel orders.
- All orders must be paid for in full before we process and ship.
- We accept credit card payments through a third party payment processor (DPS). We do not save or have access to credit card information.
- We accept Visa and Mastercard.
- We also accept and prefer direct Bank deposits. Our bank details are BWMsnow Limited, Kiwibank 38-9012-0259758-00 and please include an order number for the reference.
- We cannot take payment over the telephone. Manual orders can be made over the telephone, but payment for manual orders must be made by Direct bank deposit.
- We are a NZ trading company and all prices are in NZD and include 15% GST.
- We will not save or have access to your credit card details.
- We will not sell or exchange your contact information with any other company or organisation.
- We will only make contact in relation to your order or send you a newsletter if you have signed up for them.
- We will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantee Act.
- Our warranty does not cover ‘rider error’, wear and tear or incorrectly fitted products. ( )
- We need to see the product ourselves to consider any warranty. Please return all warranty claims to BWMsnow, PO Box 3134, Ohope, 3121.
